Because the Complete Business Trust Report is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds after the report has been accessed or delivered.
Exception: If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your report within 7 days of purchase, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Because this service involves scheduled work and resource allocation, refunds are available only if requested within 3 business days of purchase and before any implementation work has begun.
Once a strategy call has been completed or implementation work has started, the purchase is non-refundable. Monthly Monitoring is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal or by contacting us.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have already paid for. We do not issue partial-month refunds. No charges occur after cancellation takes effect.
