Our Services

AC Marketing Hacks offers the following services:

• —Free Scan — AI-powered online visibility scan available at no cost. Results include a grade, score, revenue loss estimate, and a preview of key issues.
• —Complete Business Trust Report ($49 one-time) — Unlocks all identified weaknesses and opportunities, plus a diagnostic priority ranking and a 30-day priority outlook.
• —Done For You ($497 one-time) — We implement the agreed improvements for your business. Includes a strategy call, personalized implementation, and professional copywriting and design work.
• —Monthly Monitoring ($97/month recurring) — Ongoing monthly AI re-scans, issue alerts, performance tracking, and fix recommendations. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your Responsibilities

• —You must own the business you are scanning, or have explicit permission from the owner to run the scan on their behalf.
• —You agree not to use this service to scan competitor businesses, generate bulk reports for resale, or attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring system.
• —You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name and location you submit.

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and our pricing as displayed at checkout.

• —One-time payments are charged at the time of purchase.
• —Monthly Monitoring subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions do not automatically renew past cancellation — they cancel at the end of the paid billing period.
• —Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change with reasonable notice.

Our services are designed to help improve online visibility. Results vary by business and market conditions. AC Marketing Hacks does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, AI visibility, or specific outcomes.

Done For You Service Terms

By purchasing implementation services, you authorize AC Marketing Hacks and its service providers to access the business accounts, profiles, websites, and related systems you identify as necessary to perform the agreed work. You represent that you own those accounts or have authority to grant this access, and you may revoke access after the work is completed.

We will present completed deliverables or changes for review when practical. You have 72 hours after delivery or notice of completion to request reasonable corrections within the agreed scope. If no response is received during that period, the deliverables will be considered approved for purposes of completing the engagement.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. You agree not to initiate a chargeback for services or digital products that were authorized, delivered, accessed, or performed as described. We may provide Stripe, the card issuer, or other payment processors with transaction records, delivery evidence, account-access logs, communications, and these Terms when responding to a payment dispute. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Electronic Agreement

By checking an acceptance box, clicking a purchase or subscription button, submitting payment, or electronically signing an order or agreement, you consent to use electronic records and signatures. Your electronic acceptance has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.

License to Use Reports

Reports and scan results generated by AC Marketing Hacks are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or sublicense any report or scan output, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from AC Marketing Hacks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AC Marketing Hacks' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.

To the extent permitted by law, the prevailing party in an action to enforce these Terms may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
